Bean Dip
1 can kidney beans
2 tbsps red onion chopped fine
1 clove finely minced garlic
½ tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp relish
A sprinkle of olive oil
A little sprinkle of red wine vinegar
dash of salt
Mix and chill until very cold. Serve with crackers or small crusty slices of bread.
